For a while I have been riding and riding, training and training. I had a knee tingling feeling in my left knee, so I took a "rehab" for 5 days with much resting and stretching. I also had some blue specialized soles to put in my shoe, they helped. What was happening was the arch of my foot would compress at the bottom at the stroke, causing my knee to twist. I hated it.
That aside, my training has been going well. tie to time my knee gets sore. I feel like I'm on the edge of injury again. I should take a day(s) easy/off.
Cyclocross was fun, it is good for cross training and handling skills. moy

Rode Sisquoc, and the tt. My first cx race is going to be on Saturday! fun
Looking forward to a full season with effort.
